Le vinaigre balsamique blanc Acetaia Cattani a été fabriqué avec le moût sucré de raisins Trebbiano blancs cultivés de manière biologique, produits par un vignoble familial de 5e génération à Modène, en Italie.
Le moût a été soigneusement mélangé avec du vinaigre blanc et élevé en fût pendant 6 mois, offrant un équilibre délicat entre les saveurs aigre-douces. Excellent sur les légumes grillés, les poissons et les viandes blanches !
