Honey colored vinegar with intense and complex aromas of vanilla, fennel, licorice spice and a hint of almond made using a blend of Cabernet Savignon, Merlot and Syrah that was kept aside by Marques de Valdueza in 2007.
The process begins in stainless steel tanks and transferred to French oak barrels and aged for 20 months.
